Absolute Worst Experience

Liked:Drove 15 hours from Texas to stay here and arrived at check-in time only to find people in hazmat suits and the building completely shut down due to a fire. At no point were we notified this had happened. In fact, we received a confirmation email the night before as if everything was completely normal. Being left without a place to stay three states away after a 15-hour drive is beyond unacceptable. The lack of communication is honestly shocking. A simple email, call, or cancellation notice could have prevented us from showing up to a closed building with nowhere to go. If a property is literally shut down, notifying your guests should be the bare minimum.
