Excellent. Endgame for me. When I visit Essen I will only stay there.

Liked:The place is perfect in every possible way feels like home immediately. Has all the kitchen/wash/bath stuff you might need and more. And whatever the problem the host will help with care. It's a very good apartment in the heart of Essen 2 minute walk from big shopping center with 3 supermarkets and exits that lead to dead center of the city. Couldn't ask for more.

Disliked:It's 3rd Floor no elevator. It should be the first thing to be mentioned here. So if you are disabled, overweight or any other health issue that prevents you for going up and down stairs maybe not the best.

Not as nice as photos.

Liked:Comfortable beds.

Disliked:Check in was a mess. Code to lockbox didn’t work. Called and got new code and got key to another apartment where guests were staying. Apartment we stayed had no signs so had to try keys on 4 separate apartments.

Disliked:The stay in this apartment was very unpleasant. The apartment was extremely cold, which is completely unacceptable for guests, especially during the winter period. The heating was clearly inadequate or not functioning properly. Additionally, the apartment was not clean. There were visible signs of poor cleaning, dust, and an overall neglected impression, which does not meet the basic standards expected from rental accommodation. The building itself was also poorly maintained and untidy, which further affected the overall experience and sense of comfort and safety. I believe significant improvements are needed in terms of heating, cleanliness, and building maintenance in order to meet acceptable standards for guests.
