Overall a very good experience, especially the breakfast was amazing

Disliked:The room was not as clean as I would have expected from a four-star hotel. Additionally, the bathroom was somewhat small, and the water pressure during the shower could have been considerably better.

I had higher basic services expecations

Liked:2 stops from central station by tram,

Disliked:Room service coming in without knocking on the door at 7 am after your first night No fridge in the room, nor cold drinks in summer Coffee machine, but not the corresponding capsules No bathroom ventilation No workable air conditioning No smart TV or similar media services Having to pay 5 euros for a bread because my breakfast was not included and I did not want it all either... No proper chair to sit comfortably and work at the table
