Mixed: several guests called the rooms 'clean' and 'spacious' but others noted housekeeping gaps (trash overflowing, cleaning not done until last day) and could hear neighbors.

Service8.5

Strong positive: multiple mentions of very friendly, helpful front desk and standout night staff (called 'amazing' and deserving a raise).

Location7.5

Mixed: convenient to a nearby mall (positive), but one guest was disappointed about distance from Denver International Airport (expected closer).

Generally good (comfortable beds, spacious rooms, kitchenette) but accessibility and layout issues noted (low toilets, wheelchair can't navigate, small bathroom sink, some noise from upstairs).

Warm reception and tasty bites making it truly a home away from home

Liked:The design was modern and I loved the suite. The space was perfect. There was a nice reception meal at night and breakfast was also very tasty with a really great variety of offerings you don’t usually see.

highly recommend and will be back

Liked:This place is newly redone, and you can tell. It's very comfortable and pretty. We mostly had pool to ourselves. Staff was really great especially red head on nights. She is amazing! She deserves a raise! Breakfast is best I have ever had a hotel stay! The only thing I would say that could use improvement and its picky, would be soaps in shower was not good for kids' skin, rooms are not for anyone with wheelchair. we did not have a disabled room however it did have bars. just little disappointed my dad couldn't visit the room because his chair wouldn't make it around room or into bathroom, toilet was low and cleaning in between could have been better and can hear neighbors upstairs. However, the place great, food great bed was comfortable, beautiful patio area and grills, nice lobby area they even had board games. so, 10 out of 10!

Disliked:Soaps in bathroom shower bad for the skin for my kids. toilets were low. and wheelchair can't get around room or bathroom. cleaning in between could have been better
