Not what we expected

Liked:Not what we expected at all. Weird, tiny toilet and shower area. Huge door with no room to enter. Dirty elevators. Inconsistent replacement of towels, tissue from housekeeping. Broken refrigerator upon checking in. Took too long to fix. Tiny breakfast area. Needs some sort of window covering for blinding morning sun. Inconsistent food replacement. Not great experience.

Maybe a little more better than average

Liked:Good location, room are average, I think for a Hyatt Place it may be a little more better than average. I'd give it an average but dadgum their chicken apple breakfast sausage is absolutely delicious. I know it sounds weird, but trust me. It's good.

Make sure you are not staying with youth athletic teams!

Liked:During our stay we had the pleasure (not!) of staying with boys lacrosse teams. That evening they took the liberty of running up and down the hallways and stairs. They didn't stop after we approached them so we called front desk. Called the front desk several times. At one point were to the point of calling law enforcement. The hotel manager ( I guess) stopped by and said they would credit our stay, but that still hasn't happened and now have the fun challenge of getting ahold of someone to talk to you and being on hold for countless minutes. What happened to customer service? I usually stay here when routinely visiting our daughter, but its time to find another hotel
