Liked:Very comfy & friendly staff

Disliked:No elevator. We didnt know that there wasn’t an elevator & were traveling with a full car of stuff. Very disappointing to have to carry everything up the stairs. We are older adults and that was a challenge.

Disliked:I think it BS if you get there before 3 and your room's ready, you get charged extra for checking in. If you don't want to pay the extra, you have to wait till 3 o'clock to check-in when everybody else gets there. Standing in line. We stayed there last year and that didn't happen. But I guess the new owners made a rule. We won't be back
