Stay away, try the Hotel across the street with the small casino.....much better and cleaner.

Disliked:No microwave, the phone was inoperable, pubic hairs in the shower and toilet (bath had not been cleaned) and general disgusting amenities. After checking in, I decided (especially when I saw the bathroom's condition), I went to the front desk and told them I needed to move out. They took my complaints and said they will TRY to get me a refund. I went thru Booking.com on this one, which I will never use again. Still waiting on a refund which I probably won't get. They are showing an 8.2 rating which is BS...................... Went across the street to the Copper Queen..a little more expensive but clean, microwave and it looked like the mgmt. cared.

Liked:Large spacious room easy to get to and convenient to the town

Disliked:No microwave which was listed as a amenity (found note in room saying room with one could be requested,but that was after settling in) , no access to ice machine and was told by another guest it did not work anyway. Spider webs in corners and the smoke detector fell off the wall several times as it was installed with tape

Used to be more charming.

Liked:The Bristlecone was nicer a few years ago (2022 I think). Now, the grounds are poorly kept, for example the welcome mat to my room was filthy. The room was clean, if somewhat run down. The AC/heating unit didn’t work! The ice machine was broken.

Outdated, no services

Liked:The front desk is unavailable from 7 PM till 7AM, while the reservation says 24 hr front desk. The breakfast is served at 7AM, when everyone is gone already. The room is super outdated, with stained carpet and rusty sink.
