Liked:Location was good.

Disliked:Instructions on arrival were poor. No key in the lock box, but a key pad on the door that used the code. No advice on which room when inside, and no towel in the room.

I could not stay at this place. Had to leave!!!

Liked:Unfortunately there is no 0 on the review, cause I would give you that on this property.

Disliked:The place looked like a Very sad and nasty place. I couldn’t understand how people could live like that. And the smell was awful, stating the least. Pictures don’t give you a taste about this place, if you want to be disgusted just go there and see it for your self. But my recommendation is DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE!!!!

With more preparation and better mgt. this could be a decent place, with it's great location.

Liked:The location was excellent for my purposes, in a very cute old neighborhood, near the beach, just a fifteen minute walk to my Hang Gliding lessons.

Disliked:The whole place seemed sketchy. The email instructions said not to let the neighbors know that you were renting and the rooms were not really set up for a stay ...not even a topsheet for my bed or a bedside lamp, and no way to lock the room or secure your stuff. Also, there were floor to ceiling high stacks of miscellaneous "clutter" all all along one side of the common area. And, when I called the number given out to resolve some issues, the person who answered spoke in such strongly accented English that communication was impossible and the guy hung up!
