One of the stressful nights

Liked:Tonight was one of the most stressful and disappointing experiences we have ever had with a hotel. My elderly parents had fully prepaid for their room, arrived late at night exhausted after traveling, and were denied check-in simply because they could only pay the deposit in cash. We understand that hotels have policies, but what shocked us was the complete lack of humanity and basic compassion from the staff. Instead of trying to help, offering alternatives, or even allowing them time to book another place safely, the front desk staff treated them terribly. The woman at the desk was extremely rude, dismissive, and borderline harassing toward two senior people who were already under a lot of stress. My parents were left standing outside in the middle of the night, frightened and humiliated, despite already paying for their stay in full. This was not just “following policy” — this was inhumane treatment. There was absolutely no empathy, no professionalism, and no attempt to help vulnerable guests in a difficult situation. My mother and father experienced enormous stress before an important upcoming trip, and no elderly people should ever be treated this way by hospitality staff. We are deeply disappointed and honestly heartbroken by how cruel and unprofessional this experience was.

Liked:Clean and a good location
Disliked:Bar closed at 11:00 and could have stayed open. Also on the top floor there is a loud hum that comes from the roof.
