Rate was good & location close to LAX

Liked:The property was conveniently located to LAX for our overnight stay. Had airport shuttle. Good breakfast with omelet station.

Disliked:We were told that the shuttle to hotel would be there in20 minutes. 45 minutes later no shuttle. Tried calling hotel multiple times but no one answered. That’s frustrating when you are tired from a 6 hour flight. Shuttle finally arrived but took too long in my opinion. The bathtub was clean but it was stained from age. The bathtub stopper did not work so you had to take a shower.

Don’t leave any items behind and you will be fine

Liked:It was beautiful on the inside and my 5 year old loved the turtles. The breakfast was pretty good for a hotel breakfast and I did love the happy hour.

Disliked:Pool area felt dirty and there were kids throwing trash and yelling. I was very disappointed that I left my work laptop in my room and it was not returned to the front desk.
