Cancellation
Cancellation terms vary by rate. Flexible rates allow free cancellation up to 24โ48 hours before arrival. Non-refundable rates cannot be canceled or modified.
Payment
Prices include the taxes and fees paid when you book. Some hotels charge a resort, city or service fee on arrival; where they do, the amount is shown with each room and at checkout. A valid credit card is required at check-in.
Important Information
According to local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempt from paying VAT on their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non-tourists" as defined in the VAT law) are required to pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price. Please note that on Saturdays and Jewish holidays, check-in is after 20:00. On Shabbats and Jewish holidays, you can check in one hour after the Shabbat/holiday ends. When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies will apply. Cancellation of rooms up to 30 days before arrival.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
