A wonderful experience overall.

Liked:We had a great stay at the hotel. The room was comfortable, the food was excellent, and the swimming pool was very nice. A wonderful experience overall.

Disliked:Everything was great—from the comfortable room and delicious food to the lovely swimming pool. We really enjoyed our stay.

Used to be good in the past, today it’s awful

Liked:It used to be nice in the past. It’s close to the sea, but today it’s a big party from 8 o’clock in the morning till 6 o’clock in the evening, very loud. You cannot get rest.

Disliked:It’s become a one place big party joint from the morning till the evening. The music is so loud that even with the windows close. You cannot relax in your room. Even several times that we contact them and ask to decrease the volume, nothing happened

Liked:I liked the location and the easy access to the Dead sea from the pool. Nice rooms and balcony. We were impressed with how attentive Andrei Simonov was, he made sure to fulfill our requests and checked in frequently.

Disliked:The size of the spa pool- needed to be much bigger given the large size of the hotel. Also there was only one jacuzzi. And the meat selections and quality at meals was disappointing.
