My Family had a great time!

Liked:the near by beach of the hotel is attached to the hotel and is large and beautiful and you get the most fo the dead sea. the food was very good and with high quality, both the breakfast and the dinner. the room was very comfortable and clean, it was very comfortable just to stay in the room. the spa facilities was very good, clean and not too crowded. especially the salt pool and the jacuzzi.

Disliked:i think the swimming pool is a bit small and a bit too loud.

Altogether we were pleased because we mainly wanted to take advantage of the Dead Sea!

Liked:The best part is the Spa, with various pools, all in one place. Showers, easy access to towels, all without extra cost

Disliked:The deluxe room was nice but was missing a hairdryer and a place to dry swimming gear! The shower was leaking with water on the floor. The table was wobbly.

Liked:The hotel is big but kind of old. The room was comfortable but you can see that the furniture is a bit old. The beach was empty once there was not many tourists in the city and in the hotel as well. The breaksfat was ok, nothing really special or different. We were a bit disappointed with that. In our opinion, the food could be improved.

Disliked:Next to the hotel there are the salt machines operating from 7:00am to 4:00pm. So, it is kind of noisy and difficult to enjoy a quiet beach and pool areas during these hours. There is no bar next to the pool. We had to go to the hotel lobby to take some water. Some Staff were nice and polite but some Staff from the hotel could have some training about Customer Service. The breakfast is nothing special, the food was simply ok. Dinner could have some improvments.
