Exceptional Service - above and beyond

Liked:Accomidations were exceptional, but the staff and management were even more exceptional. I had lost my phone on the train before I arrived at "The Place." Everyone was particularly very gracious and helpful to do everything they could to help. They helped me locate my phone, but since I couldn't retrieve it while I was there, they also helped me contact my family, contact the lost property division of the train station, book a tour, call cabs,..anything I needed. Exceptional service, far beyond my expectations!

Two night break in Edinburgh

Liked:A gem of a hotel within reasonable walking distance of Waverley Station. Staff were very warm and friendly, we were given upgrade to “Crime Room” which was spacious and well equipped with comfortable bed, tea and coffee facilities and separate bathroom with bath and double shower. Communal areas were clean and elegantly furnished, with a well stocked bar. Breakfast was comprehensive, so much so that on the second morning I had to ask for less to which staff were happy to oblige. Very well presented food options with copious amounts of tea/coffee. We were able to leave our bags on the final morning to allow us to enjoy Edinburgh without bringing bags with us. The hotel offers great value for money and I would recommend it should you visit the city.
