Liked:The room looked like a new, everything was very clean and fresh. The bathroom was spacious with a good shower with instant hot water and great pressure. The bed was large and comfy, very clean. We liked the decorations in the hotel and everything just looked taken care of.

Disliked:The bathroom was missing a toilet brush and any sockets. The hotel has probably one of the slowest lifts in the world, despite being just a couple of years old. The way to our room was pretty complicated, combination of the lift up and then taking the stairs down again.

I vote Aye for Parliament House

Liked:Room was very comfortable, large bed and love the huge windows and tall ceiling. Love the spacious tiled bathroom. The glass doored closet was very cool. Cozy, welcoming lobby. Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was delicious.The continental had an abundant array of food. Location was great, a 3 minute walk to the train station, down the hill. Calton hill on the doorstep, for sunset and sunrise walks. Station 41 coffee a minute away, very good coffee, pastries, and staff. The Chinese noodle house a block away also very good food and staff. For a nice meal, the Cafe Royal is awesome. Really enjoyed the hotel.
