Liked:The staff were so kind and very helpful, my niece under 10 who is extremely shy felt so at ease to speak to the staff because they were so friendly.

Disliked:That I didn’t stay longer!

Liked:great location, very central, ideal for sightseeing etc.

Liked:Great location, nicely appointed room

Disliked:Some deferred maintenance throughout the hotel. Lobby space felt dated and not that polished, breakfast restaurant was okay but not great, and breakfast buffet was pretty good but not great.

Our stay was perfect!

Liked:The room was lovely and the location of the hotel was perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble which was a refreshing change to service in other establishments.
