Enjoyable stay, nice location and friendly staff.

Liked:Great location, tucked off of a main road so nice and quite but easy to get around.

Disliked:The bed was a bit hard and springy.

Perfect choice for an overnight stay in Edinburgh

Liked:Great room with view of Arthur’s Seat. Staff are friendly & professional & made us feel very welcome. Delicious breakfasts with great selection of offerings to suit all needs. Good location close to Festival Theatre & Museums & walking distance to Royal Mile etc.

Disliked:All great.

Ideal

Liked:I have a flat around corner and needed a room for night. All staff delightful but particular mention of Enya and Jonathan on Reception. Charming and friendly. They were just what I needed after a tough few days moving house.

Disliked:All positive and future house guests will be directed towards Ten Hill Place.
