Liked:I liked how the staff were so helpful, nothing was too much trouble, they were all so polite and informative. The apartment had everything we needed, and so easy to get to from the basement car park

Disliked:I thought the pull-out sofa bed could have been a little more comfortable

A very pleasant stay.

Liked:The apartment was clean and had all the amenities required for a comfortable stay in Edinburgh. The shower & cooking facilities were especially good.

Disliked:The weather was warm making the apartment, even with the windows ajar, stuffy. Proper air conditioning would have made the world of difference. With global warming it might in the future have to be considered. We didn’t use the fans.
