Cancellation

Important Information
When booking 5 rooms or more, different policies and additional charges may apply. Weekly housekeeping will replace daily housekeeping for any reservations made for 7 days or more. From bookings made from the 1st October 2025 for stays from the 24th July 2026 Edinburgh City Council are introducing a visitor levy – this will be charged at a rate of 5% of your nightly room rate for the first 5 nights of stay before taxes are added.
