Liked:Room and furniture look quite new. Location is good. Although there is no lift, the staff is quite helpful with the luggage.

Liked:The accommodations were Quijote cute and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was nice and clean.

Disliked:I had dropped something on the floor that rolled under the bed and when I went to get it, I was shocked to see how filthy it was. It looked as it no one has ever cleaned under there. Large amounts of dust/dust bunnies and left items such as socks. This in addition, to the dirty fan makes me give a fair rating. I think the facility was very nice. It just needs daily cleaning under the bed to keep from the build up that we saw. Additionally, fans need to be wiped down and filters changed. When we turned on our fan an enormous amount of partícles went into the air and they were getting into my eyes/contacts and irritated them. You don’t want to have people breathing that dust in. Hopefully this is helpful information. I think once th se things are addressed, I could most definitely recommend. Thank you.

No lift or reception for the services

Liked:The room was spacious, and in particular, the bathroom was nice with a seating space.

Disliked:There was no lift or reception for general services. I was informed of these inportant facts only on the day of arrival. Had I known I wouldn't have chosen this accommodation. We decided to book another hotel for the remaining days in Edinburgh although I had already paid the full fees because it was too much for us to go up and down the stairs for the 3rd floor room, let alone carrying the luggage. The TV remote controller had no battery inside but we couldn't even complain as the office was closed when we realised the problem.
