Liked:The whole feel of the hotel was quality and its uniqueness using books in some many different ways. The staff would do anything for you, prior to the booking organising extras and also changing our room when we had issues with the pub behind. they could not be more helpful . The choice at breakfast was great. and the view from the Restaurant and bar area of the Old Town was special. We would certainly stay here again.

Disliked:Some noise from the pub at the rear of the hotel but that is to be expected from a city centre location but the hotel were able to relocate us to a quieter room which was greatly appreciated

Disliked:Closet/ beverage area was equipped with motion activated lighting. The position of the sensors allowed the light to be activated when moving in the bed. Had to put a towel over unit to conceal the sensor.
