Excellent stay

Liked:The location was great, the breakfast was basic but just what we needed, and the staff was kind and helpful! We were 4 people staying in a room and the size was great for all of us.

All male staff very uncomfortable vibes iam a woman and was made to feel uncomfortabke

Liked:When i entered the male at reception was informing a guest of establishments near the hotel? Then when it came to me checking in his vibe changed he didnt infiem me of any where to go to eat as they DO NOT DO FOOD? But did give iff a demand if a look at my driving liscence very strange for a hotel to ask for that kind of id. also my credit card details that he wrote down never should anyones information be written down. He proceeded to tell me not to use the kettle as theres coffe provided there was no coffee. It was all males not one of them made contact the english spoken lad was on the pgone to his mother on loud speaker while i was requesting some milk the window in the bedroom was left open and unabke to close felt like i was sleeping outside 80m winds outside again in all i seen 4 males and not one i mean not one made eye contact tried to make conversation actually triggered my diagnosed ocd very uncomfortable didnt feel safe atall ? Next morning breakfast was weetabix cornflakes toast choice of fryit and youghurt bowl of jams and a pot if bllack coffee got it of groupon paid £119 it wasnt even worth £45 i will be requesting a refund

Nice comfortable hotel

Liked:Nice old hotel and friendly staff. We were given a lower floor room when we booked in without asking because we have mobility problems. Room was warm, clean and well maintained. Comfortable bed. Very good value for money. Also close to the centre of the city. Would recommend.

The room was very noisy we sat in the bar for ages waiting to be served rang the bell at the reception for ages but 😮😮😮😮

Liked:The room window kept banging we sat at the bar nobody came rang the bell still nobody came the bar was shut at 10 told it was opened till 11 place was all locked up the breakfast wasn’t nice didn’t have a nice stay at all
