Close to amenities, reasonable walk to Edinburgh city centre.

Liked:Accomodation was within a 20 minute walk to Edinburgh city centre. Pretty good location. Close to amenities.

Disliked:Expected B&B , spent 3 nights so disappointed (because of refurbishment to kitchen) that breakfast was not included.

Liked:Location to local transport..bus and tram services. Clean bedding and bathroom. Tea, coffee etc well stocked and bottles of fresh water.

Disliked:Dirty chair, curtains very scruffy. Carpet needed a good clean. Scruffy furniture i.e dressing table had seen better days. Unable to open the sash window. The view out of the window was a couple of extensions attached to the property which looked neglected, very obviously out of use for sometime.

Fantastic Edinburgh

Liked:The room was excellent room 1 on the 1st floor with a very comfortable bed and a nice toilet and shower, nicely located with the bus stops close by. We didn't arrive till after 23:00 but the instructions given were very easy to follow for both arriving and leaving.

Disliked:The shower could do with being a bit more powerful.

Scammer management

Liked:Bunch of scammers. Stay away from this property. The website said 2 bedrooms when booking and charged for 1 bedroom with beds. They did not even bothered to help us with situation and left us alone and abandon.

Disliked:All they care is for money. Let will leave you outside with false and misleading information about booked properties.
