Liked:We had an amazing 4-night stay at Bel Conti Hotel as a family of five, and it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was outstanding. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The food was excellent, with a great variety and consistently high quality. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was warm, relaxing, and family-friendly, making us feel welcome at all times. The facilities were fantastic, and we felt the hotel offered exceptional value for money. A very special thank you to Edison, who looked after us with our drinks and meals. He is the definition of excellent customer service—professional, patient, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile with a smile. His outstanding character and dedication made our stay even more enjoyable. Hats off to him—he is a real asset to Bel Conti Hotel! If I could offer one piece of constructive feedback, it would be to improve the hotel’s online advertising and presentation. Bel Conti Hotel is far more beautiful, impressive, and superb than its online photos and descriptions suggest. It truly deserves to be showcased much better because it offers an experience that exceeds expectations. Thank you to the entire Bel Conti team for making our family holiday so memorable. We would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return in the future!

Hotell med en fantastisk placering. Fina faciliteter!

Liked:Hotellet ligger på en mycket bra plats. Möjlighet till antingen bada i poolen eller på en privat strand är en mycket stor plus. Vi var där slutet av juni och det var inga problem med solstolar, varken vid poolen eller på stranden. Solstolarna ingick i priset. Man behövde inte betala något mer. Rum som har havsutsikt har en fantastisk vy! Den andra sidan av hotellet är vänt mot en vältrafikerad gata, så tänk på det vid beställning om det är viktigt för er. Frukost var bra, mycket valmöjligheter. Det ända vi saknade är större variation av bröd men annars fanns det allt: skinka, korv, ost, smör, stekt och kokt ägg, stekt korv, stekt bröd i ägg, en sort yoghurt, 2 sorters flingor, en slags albanska munkar, Nutella, flera sorter sylt, 2 sorters burek, feta ost, gurka och tomat samt frukt. Apelsin juice, äppeljuice, mjölk och vatten samt kaffe till dricka. Kanske glömt något. Vi var nöjda med utbudet. Rum städades noggrant varje dag och handdukarna bytes varje dag. Rum var egentligen finare än de är på bild. Ni borde uppdatera bilderna. Möbler och rummen ser mörkare ut än de är i verkligheten och som sagt så är vyn helt fantastisk!)) Personalen var trevliga och behjälpliga när man saknade något eller behövde hjälp. Tycker inte om när personalen tränger på en eller är för familjär men ibland saknade vi en ”godmorgon” eller ”gokväll” eller bara ett leende. Oftast tittade de inte upp ens när man gick förbi och lät oss vara )) Till er som tänkte hyra en bil i Albanien så tänk på att det är mycket trafik i Durres. Runt om hotellet finns massa restauranger och affärer men att köra till stan var en challenge. Ibland fick vi vänta 30 min i kön bara och sen var en annan challenge att hitta en parkeringsplats. Det var näst intill omöjligt och tog mycket energi. Det som vi blev besvikna över är att vi hade ett sent flyg och bad om att få stanna i rummet några timmar längre. Det fick vi betala 100€ för så vi tackade nej.
