Liked:Histortic atmosphere, downtown location, clean building, restaurant food was very good, view of the river from our room, the shower was very hot and comfortable, mini fridge was a good size, room was very quiet, elevators were fast, staff was friendly and helpful, back parking lot was always available and accessible.

Disliked:The bed was very hard and uncomfortable, we stayed for 4 nights and no one ever came into the room to tidy up/take the trash/etc, the patio was only open when the bar was open, no microwave.

It’s a beautiful historical hotel with easy access to downtown.

Liked:Staff was excellent. Vibe is cool .

Disliked:Pillows were too hard they do need softer pillows choices . Over all room was great. The roof top seating was difficult to get to. You had to go through a banquet area that was closed and lights off ,then to the patio which had strung lights which were not on . Not welcoming especially to see the fireworks over the river.
