Good location, not clean

Liked:The location was good, nice pool and breakfast.

Disliked:We had to wait almost an hour to get into our room (no apology), the room wasn't clean- the surfaces weren't all cleaned off, no pillow cases when we got there until housekeeping came in without knocking for pillows and another time for no towels, didn't knock either time. Housekeeping staff were arguing loudly in the hall with vulgar language. Our 7 year old son could hear them. There were used contacts on the floor in the bathroom. The second night was better with no interruptions. I told the hotel and we got some of our bill reduced, but we won't stay there again.
