It ws nice to be in the hotel which was not modernized and felt like old Dublin

Liked:Breakfast was great and the Hotel is the perfect location

Disliked:It was very hot. It ws not the hotel's fault because Dublin was unusually hot but they had no air contitioner. Plus I was watching TV late at night and I did not think it was loud but it sounded like someone started to bang on my door. I did not open it and I received a call for the front dest to lower the tv which I did but I had a difficult time to hear it myself. It was't that loud since my daughter was sound asleep

Superb

Liked:The location was fantastic! Just off O’Connell Street, the Luas is conveniently outside the premises. Breakfast was cooked to order and you could easily customise your order. I highly recommend the eggs Benedict; it was delicious. We also enjoyed our carvery upon arrival, featuring a great selection including turkey, lamb, salmon and vegetarian options. There were both small and large portions available. Our newly refurbished room was spacious, with plenty of space for storing clothes. A Dyson fan hairdryer robes and slippers were also provided. The staff were incredibly helpful, pleasant and welcoming throughout our stay.

Disliked:We couldn’t fault it.

Liked:The room was large - in fact one big bed and two single. The breakfast was excellent, the staff friendly and helpful and the location was good. A lot of history in the walls.

Disliked:Some places were a little worn, but corresponded with age and history.

Liked:Breakfast was great. Lots of options, nice staff, good food. Staff was great: friendly, helpful. Bar service was similar. The location was very convenient, so we could walk everywhere we wanted to go.

Disliked:Room was a little tight and had almost no floor space, but the bathroom was spacious. The only place I could open my suitcase was on the bed. The room had a slight damp odor like the carpet had gotten wet at some point. We opened the windows and that helped.
