Liked:I liked the location. It is fairly close to St. Stephens Greene and is on a quiet street.

Disliked:The house really needs upkeep. Rather old and dingy. Inadequate lighting, no screens on the windows, a small dark kitchen area with stale cupcakes left out for visitors...
