Highly recommend. Will stay here again next time I’m in Ireland.

Liked:Perfect location-staff were excellant especially front desk. We can back a second time after a trip to Cork and they provided an excellant room. Man on reception was very helpful.

Disliked:One day were we in our room at 3:30pm and cleaning staff was rude. I think it is a cultural thing as they didn’t understand customer. Told them we would be out in 15 min and she aggressively said no. When we hire people from other cultures they need to understand customer service. All other cleaning staff were excellent.

The hotel is a very comforting place to stay, in a busy city.

Liked:The hotel was in a nice location, to the sights, but it was on a side street that was walkable. The staff were very welcoming, helpful, and cheerful. Neil and Gary at the Concierge, helped direct us to local shops and pubs we were looking for. We lucked out, the front desk staff let us check in early, which was wonderful after a long overseas flight. They offered to let us know if our misplaced luggage arrived. In the morning the breakfast staff were welcoming and attentive. In general the hotel felt very comforting. I would easily return to Dublin just to stay at the hotel.

Disliked:I can’t think of anything we didn’t like.
