Disliked:My room was located on the first floor (just above the lobby), right in front of the elevator. Every time someone came to the elevator, I could hear all their conversations and noise clearly. Even late at night, people were talking loudly, so it was very difficult to relax. In the morning, it was just as bad — constant noise from people using the elevator and staff activity made it impossible to rest. There was no proper window with an outside view. Instead, there was a strange window facing directly into the lobby downstairs, which felt very uncomfortable and offered no privacy. There wasn’t even a coffee maker in the room, and overall the room was very basic. Considering it was a regular Thursday night (not even holiday season), the price of €279 was absolutely not worth it. It honestly felt like staying in a shack — every single sound came through the walls. I will never stay here again. If you are given a room in front of the elevator, I strongly recommend asking to change it. Very disappointing experience.

Excellent stay, very comfortable, very spacious and clean

Liked:The hotel has been refurbished since I last stayed and was pleasantly surprised. Rooms are exquisite, indoor decor is fabulous and with an executive touch.
