Convenient and comfortable hotel.

Liked:Comfortable and clean, though without much charm. Convenient location. Nice staff. Lobby had pleasant seating areas.

Disliked:Rooms were quite small. We were glad to be upgraded to a suite.

Good, but not very good or anything like excellent.

Liked:Comfortable bed Clean room However the floors were not clean. Bottom of my sport socks were dirty everyday

Disliked:One of the service people wasn’t very friendly. Didn’t go out of there way a few times. Would’ve preferred a better cafe or restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Scrambled Eggs were terrible & we don’t eat make your own boiled eggs . The women staff were very helpful & accommodating. I assumed we would get shampoo and hair vi sitio er in our bathroom like most hotel stays. Not a body gel soap for everything. Upon arrival the staff member did not go over the switches in our room. I bought food for fridge. But the switch was turned off. We had no idea that you had a switch for fridge to remain on. No instructions. And the time of our arrival the lobby was NOT busy at all with customers behind us

Liked:Comfortable bed, room was clean.

Disliked:The noise was very bad from lift and trains, the toilets kept filling all night. Tv did not work, shower was low presure, and breakfast was very poor, in fact a joke.

Liked:Location was great. Staff were nice and always available if needed. Hotel was very clean and well taken care of. Loved that washer and dryer were available on site.

Disliked:The menu selection of the bistro could be expanded. While the breakfast buffet was amazing, evening food selections were very limited. I understand that the bistro isn't really meant for dinner each night, but having a few more items in addition to pizza and wings would have been appreciated (e.g. soup and salad).
