Important Information
The property is currently underway with a refurbishment program to enhance and upgrade the guest facilities. For bookings of 5 or more apartments, different policies and additional supplements will apply, and the customer will be contacted by Staycity Serviced Apartments with more information. Guests are advised the same credit card that was used to make the booking will be required to take the payment. Please note that there is no scheduled clean during your stay. Cleaning supplies, bin bags and fresh towels are provided in your apartment prior to your arrival. A cleaning service, (which includes changing bed linen and towels), is available (upon request) at an additional charge of €25.00-€45.00 (depending on the room type reserved) per day.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
