Great place to stay to see Dublin.

Warm and memorable hospitality

Liked:Thank you to Supervisor Jose, and the entire team for delivering such warm, memorable hospitality. My compliments to house keeping. The rooms are clean and well maintained. They are large, functional and comfortable with calming decor. For the extended traveler, each room has an iron and ironing board The lobby sells tokens to use the laundry (£8 to use the washer & dryer). Detergent is provided. Much appreciated. The hotel is located across from the River Liffey, next to the Epic Museum, and close to Connelly Train Station and the Dublin Express (airport service). With a public bus stop, a tour bus stop and taxi’s just outside the entrance to the hotel, make this location unbeatable. For your convenience the front desk sells hop on hop off bus tickets. I highly recommend this activity. It takes you all over the city with stops at all the best attractions. Honey Fitz, the hotel’s restaurant offers a well-balanced menu with something for everyone. I especially enjoyed the fish and chips and the cheese plate. The breakfast buffet was another highlight, featuring scones, made-to-order omelets and a waffle station, providing a great start to the day. I would like to recognize the outstanding team at the Hilton Garden Inn for making my stay so enjoyable. A special thank you to Front Desk Supervisor Jose and Front Desk Representative Thai. From the moment I arrived, they were warm, engaging, thoughtful, and genuinely welcoming. They recognized my Hilton loyalty and went above and beyond to make me feel like a valued guest. If I could give them six stars, I absolutely would! I would also like to recognize Anna in the restaurant. She remembered me from my stay a year ago, which truly impressed me. That kind of personal attention is rare and speaks volumes about the level of hospitality and care provided by this hotel. Exceptional service is about making guests feel welcome, appreciated, and remembered—and this team accomplished all three. Thank you for making my visit so memorable. I look forward to returning!

Great staff

Liked:we arrived a bit earlier than the check in which was at 3, we stored our luggage and went to explore the city and then came back. Lateef was really helpful with explaining Dublin to us and showing us the good places around such as Howth and he guided us on how to get there
