The hotel was nice and clean, but there were complaints regarding the malfunctioning air conditioning.
Josephine provided excellent service and went out of her way to help guests.
The area is very calm and a tram station is conveniently located in front of the hotel.
The room was impeccable, with high standards and comfort.
Amenities were generally good but there was an issue with the heating system.
Value for money was appropriate, especially given the offered rates.
