Ideally located within walking distance but however the room is situated on upper floors which require you to carry suit

Disliked:The location was great and very convenient, which was one of the few positives about our stay unfortunately the accommodations itself was very was disappointing and, unfortunately, did not meet reasonable expectations for a comfortable stay. The floors and were in poor condition and appeared to need attention. The pull-out bed was not prepared at all—there were no sheets or pillows provided. There were also not enough towels for everyone in our group, and there were no washcloths or hand towels. There was very little storage or space to put our toiletries and personal belongings, which made the room difficult to keep organized. The accommodation was also extremely hot inside. There was only one ceiling fan upstairs, and it did not appear to be working, or there were no clear instructions on how to operate it. Some of the lights were burned out as well. To make matters worse, the noise coming through the windows was very loud, making it difficult to relax and sleep. Overall, there were too many basic issues with the accommodation, particularly the lack of bedding, towels, working lights, ventilation, and general comfort. We were very unhappy with our stay and feel that these issues should have been addressed before guests arrived.

Good stay

Fantastic Location but needs new floor

Liked:Location was fantastic, perfect for exploring Dublin as the apartment is close to the Temple Bar area, museums and other attractions. It was easy to walk around with plenty of options for food close by. Any staff we have dealt with have been polite, friendly and professional. We met some cleaning staff as we were going to and fro and they took were very pleasant

Disliked:We were in Apartment 6. There had quite obviously been a flood as the floor was in an appalling state. When I booked I stated it was for 5 adults, this meant my nearly 6ft, 20 year old son was put on a single sofa bed in the same room as us, rather than what I am guessing is a larger sofa bed in the lounge area. There were a huge amount of steps to get to the top landing and then a few more to get to our apartment, which I'm not sure I realised - luckily, we are pretty mobile and fit but it's something to bear in mind.
