Cancellation
Cancellation terms vary by rate. Flexible rates allow free cancellation up to 24–48 hours before arrival. Non-refundable rates cannot be canceled or modified.
Payment
Prices include the taxes and fees paid when you book. Some hotels charge a resort, city or service fee on arrival; where they do, the amount is shown with each room and at checkout. A valid credit card is required at check-in.

- Guests are required to show a photo identification and a damage deposit is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. - Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. - Reception is open Monday - Friday 8am - 8pm and Saturday - Sunday & Bank Holidays 9am - 6pm. If you are arriving outside of the official reception hours you can check-in with security at the entrance to the sports complex. - PARKING: Please be advised, that parking terms & conditions may have changed since you booked. Please note that Parking is now chargeable. Scan to Pay or via the parking app. For more information and parking fees, please visit https://www.apcoa.ie. For guests with a non-Irish phone number and/or credit card please use the scan pay functionality when paying for car parking. - When booking 10 rooms or more, or a booking of EUR 1500 or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply. - Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
