Great rooms, lively bar, delicious breakfast. Friendly staff.

Liked:Great location by Stevens Park. Walking distance to Grafton Street. Nicely appointed rooms & friendly staff. Bonus if you can arrange a private tour via the concierge team (Max, James and Diego). We were paired with Alan as our driver, and he was knowledgeable and a ton of fun to spend the day with. We especially enjoyed seeing the cows near Hollywood with him.

Check your bill!!!

Liked:Lovely breakfast service. Decent rooms. Nice turn down service. However, the billing process is very difficult. Hotel “credits” are not applied properly. Took us 4 different front desk people to close out our account. At 6:45 am! Also, the per night room charge varies from night to night depending, apparently, on “how busy” they are? Will have to consult the credit card company to unravel the mess. Time consuming!!!”

Fabulous. Could not have been better.
