Totally recommend this hotel. Staff is incredibly attentive and helpful.

Liked:Beautiful lobby, bar area, very comfortable beds and bedding. Close to bars and restaurants.

Disliked:We were in 3, so we could use more space in the room; other than that, nothing to add.

4 star hotel, 5 star price, 3 star service!

Liked:Close to my office. Decent coffee.

Disliked:Room not ready even 30 min before the 3PM time. Expensive. Small rooms. Aircon not working properly. Never bothered to ask about incidentals when checking in so had to pull credit card for each expense.

Great location, beautiful breakfast, comfy rooms!

Liked:Location is a little out of town so it was nice if you wanted to be away from the main strip where all the pubs and restaurants are. The hotel breakfast was lovely, staff were helpful and friendly, hotel was modern and had a warm inviting feel.

Disliked:I didn't like that you had to pay extra for parking, it's already an expense to stay in the hotel so paying for parking is minor but probably wished it was included.
