Liked:Dear Novotel Tbilisi Center Management, I would like to take a moment to sincerely recognize and appreciate one of your team members, Keto, for her exceptional assistance and customer service during my stay at the hotel. Keto was incredibly helpful, kind, patient, and professional throughout my interactions with her. She went out of her way to assist me with everything I needed and made several situations much easier and more comfortable for me. What impressed me most was not only her professionalism, but also the genuine care and willingness she showed when helping. She consistently treated me with respect and made me feel that my concerns truly mattered. Employees like Keto are a real asset to your hotel, and I believe her efforts deserve to be acknowledged. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so pleasant and memorable. Your kindness and attention to guests truly

Liked:I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were incredibly welcoming, kind, and helpful. Everyone we interacted with was genuinely friendly and made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. The room service was excellent as well — everything was handled quickly and with great attention to detail. The pool area was also lovely and well maintained, making it a great place to relax.

Disliked:One little gesture especially touched me. I had completely lost my voice during the stay, and the staff kindly sent me ginger tea to help me feel better. 🥹❤️ It was such a thoughtful and caring gesture, and honestly, it made me feel so special.
