Liked:The hotel is very new and modern. The staff was very attentive. We had a suite and stayed only one night, and we liked it so much we stayed the whole day in the hotel - chilling in the pool with fabulous view or relaxing in the spacious and comfortable room. We had a proper rest.

Disliked:Very disappointing experience — I do not recommend this hotel. The main reason I booked this hotel was the early check-in from 9:00 AM, which had an additional fee and was more expensive than the other room options. Unfortunately, upon arrival, the female staff member at the reception told us that early check-in was not available. Her attitude was also very unprofessional and unpleasant. When I explained that I had paid extra specifically for the early check-in option, she denied that it was guaranteed and said it was only available “subject to availability.” However, when we made the booking, the early check-in option was clearly shown in green as “Early check-in from 9:00 AM”, with no mention that it was subject to availability. We had to wait for several hours. We requested a temporary room while waiting for our booked room, and thankfully one was provided so we could rest for a while. For reference, we finally received the room that included the 9:00 AM early check-in at around 2:00 PM instead. I paid approximately AED 1,200 extra for the early check-in and the port view, but unfortunately: * We were delayed for hours despite paying for early check-in. * The view was not fully overlooking the port as expected. * The room was dirty and not properly cleaned. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and certainly not worth the additional amount we paid. I would not recommend this hotel. There are many better alternatives in Dubai with better prices, better facilities, and much better cleanliness

Liked:Beautiful, clean hotel with a smooth check-in and very friendly staff. A special thank you to Hannadi for upgrading our room to a sea view at no extra charge. It made our first visit to Al Bandar Rotana even more special. Highly recommended!
