Horrible and never be back, we pay for everything also the parking lot

Liked:Absolutely not the people on the reception get a lot of attitude when we ask you something and almost I’m not getting my reservation because I get in late. We we got a wedding day in my family and my friends. We all together get different rooms in the guy of the front desk. They get the same attitude. We already talked with the manager too.

Disliked:Based on the what I’m saying, early on my room, we are running with no conditioner in almost empty the shampoo And we found some hair under the carpet, which is not mine. We feel like the room was a lot of dust around like nobody clean it up, and I mentioned to the manager too.

Liked:The rooms were nice and clean. It was also quiet which I appreciate.

Disliked:Not their fault but the intersection where it's located was being worked on and it was 3 lanes down to one, so the traffic was horrendous! Also, the lighting in the room was horrible! In the bathroom, there's a light over the shower stall and a leg over the toilet but the lighting in front of the mirror is behind the mirror so there's just a slight glow around the edges. Well, as a woman trying to put makeup on it's absolutely awful! And then you can't even go into the room and use a different lighting because there is none! They have two small lights on either side of the bed one lamp and there's no lighting in the ceiling at all. Of course it helped that the window was big and brought in natural light but at night it was ridiculous. One last thing, they don't tell you that you need to put your hotel key in a little slot by the door to work any of the outlets or the lights above the bed. So for the first several hours we were sitting in the dark. We finally figured it out when we were searching around for the problem. So that was really annoying to be honest with you. I'm fine with the key in the little slot, but they should at least alert you. We've never had a hotel room like that. But we don't stay in hotels in California so that's probably the problem.
