Good location, disappointing service.

Liked:The location was great, and the breakfast was good—especially the omelets.

Disliked:The cleaning service was disappointing. The room was not cleaned properly during our stay. Housekeeping would come to change the towels but often did not clean the room. We requested body wash several times, but it was never refilled. Additionally, the elevators in the back building were out of service for our entire stay, which was very inconvenient.
