I would not stay at this property again

Liked:Jones and the Human Relations manager were very nice to speak with. Very polite and hospitable...so was the front desk especially Hamisi (I hope I have his name right). Very pleasant people!!!

Disliked:- WiFi did not work our entire stay. The IT guy showed up to our room and said the WiFi was out throughout the resort for the first and second day. We could not log into the TV apps, Netflix, Amazon et al - Hotel has hot water only between 6PM and 10 AM, God forbid one wants a hot shower there in-between! - Asking for towels that would not arrive, so I went to the front desk to grab them myself - My brother came to visit me and the guards at the gate wanted me to walk up there to get him, there has to be a better way to vet guests!

Disliked:One suggestion is if you are booking transport through the hotel I would suggest you double check it day before. I had booked through hotel and they had confirmed so I assumed all was ok but upon arrival no one was waiting for me at the airport. I found out no booking had even been made to send a taxi (even though they had confirmed). I was also lucky a taxi service was there otherwise I would have been stranded. It was just lucky it was a ‘safe’ destination and during daylight hours because as a solo female traveller it would have been a real concern if it had been at night.
