However, the spa was a major disappointment and honestly the worst part of the experience. It is very small, congested, noisy, poorly ventilated, and does not match the quality or standard of the hotel at all. I already informed the management because this area seriously needs improvement.

Beautiful hotel in a very tropical setting!

Liked:Staff were very nice and helpful and made our stay unforgettable - big shoutout to Mercy who welcomed us and the fabulous entertainment team who spent their mornings, afternoons and evenings making sure we were were creating memorable guest experiences. The grounds and pool were extremely clean and well maintained. Meals were amazing at the buffet restaurant and there was always great variety. We were given a room upgrade and couldn't have been happier with the room location and comfort.

Disliked:The cocktails included in the AI package were not great; the two specialty restaurants lacked quality and flavour, especially the bbq one which was advertised as a Brazilian restaurant. The Italian was slightly better, but more attention to detail is needed.

Liked:Fabulous hotel, beautiful pool and amazing food.i have stayed at a lot of hotels along the beach but this one is amazing. Staff excellent. Staff was excellent. Mercia was amazing and Chaka and Hassan (pool boys) were immensely helpful.

Disliked:My usual block was closed for renovation. I have mobility issues and the walking was further. Two pool boys helped me carry my things.

Liked:Most of the staff were polite and friendly.

Disliked:The AC did not work our first night there. Facilities came out earlier in the day and said it was fixed but that was not the case. I called reception twice and both times was told they were sending someone and no one ever came. For the price we paid, we should’ve had adequate air conditioning. There was one member of the staff in particular who made me uncomfortable. He kept asking about my daughter and it just made me uncomfortable. The room was not clean enough. The bathroom was not clean. The price does not match the place at all.
