Liked:My stay at Bahari Dhow was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel was absolutely worth it, with an amazing atmosphere and one of the best ocean views I have experienced. Waking up and relaxing with the view of the ocean was unforgettable. The food was excellent every day, fresh, delicious, and well prepared. What truly made the experience stand out was the staff, they were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. I highly recommend Bahari Dhow to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay.

Liked:Bahari Dhow exceeded my expectations in every way. The location and ocean view were breathtaking, making the whole experience peaceful and relaxing. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The food was outstanding with great variety and quality throughout my stay. Most importantly, the staff were incredible, friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. They made me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. It was definitely worth every moment and I would gladly stay there again.

Executive Summary This report details a series of significant service failures, safety hazards, and management negligence experienced during a stay at Villa 10B. Due to these issues, the first 24 hours of the stay were entirely lost to maintenance disputes, and the safety of the guests was compromised, resulting in physical injury. 2. Timeline of Stay Check-in: Tuesday, April 28, 2026 (3:00 PM) Check-out: Friday, May 1, 2026 (11:00 AM) Total Duration: 3 Nights 3. Detailed Issues & Grievances A. Defective Equipment & Loss of Provisions Upon arrival, the refrigerator in Villa 10B was non-functional. Despite immediate reporting, management was argumentative regarding a replacement. Impact: A replacement was only provided late Tuesday night after a prolonged dispute. Losses: Significant quantities of meat and vegetables were spoiled. Most critically, infant baby food was ruined, posing a health risk and causing immense distress to the family. B. Safety Hazards & Physical Injury The sink in the washroom near the kitchen area had a persistent leak that was not addressed. Incident: The resulting wet floor caused two guests—myself and my mother-in-law—to slip. Injury: Both individuals sustained ankle injuries. This constitutes a major liability and a failure to maintain a safe environment for guests. C. Lack of Basic Amenities & Misleading Service The villa was significantly under-provisioned compared to the hotel’s own stated standards. Issue: While the hotel policy states that upstairs bedrooms should have four pillows per bed, Villa 10B only provided one pillow per bed throughout.
