Awful Experience

Liked:I normally never write reviews on hotels and I’m not picky about where I stay, but our experience at this hotel was terrible. We unluckily were assigned a room on the second floor that was right above the sliding doors of the main entrance. Who was the genius who decided to put a room in this location? My family had to listen to the sound of sliding doors and feel the floor vibrate all day and all night long. When we tried to change to a different room, the person at the front desk said it was fully booked so we were basically stuck. We had had a busy day and were exhausted and just wanted a good night of sleep, and we obviously did not get it at this place. We were promised we would get a call from the manager and a refund after check out, but the call and refund never came. The people at the front desk had admitted that they have had complaints about this before, but obviously the hotel does not care about fixing the problem. Awful place, you have been warned

Outstanding service.

Liked:The person who checked us in was tremendously helpful. It was late. We were very tired. Forced to lay over in Denver with no access to our luggage, no clean clothes or toiletries. The front desk attendant quickly checked us in, gave us water, tooth brushes and toothpaste and offered a free shuttle back to the airport in the morning and a bag breakfast. We were so grateful for these kindnesses.

Disliked:Roomed smelled a little musty but looked clean.
