Disliked:$50 per day security deposit is not disclosed until they charge your card. My reservation was for 4 nights and find $200 to be excessive. I talked to manager about why they don't inform guests first and she dismissed me saying it's on their website. I suggested a sign at the desk and she pulled one from behind the desk and said we "can't leave this up here because people throw it at us." The solution is simple, but they would rather be sneaky and just charge the guest's card. I would have not known about this charge but the bank alerted me. This is an issue I saw other quests having and they could be proactive and customer focused but choose not to.
