Great for airport access

Liked:Missed a flight and the airline put me here for an overnight stay. Hotel was quiet and clean, and offered a shuttle to the airport which picked me up right at the time I requested. Breakfast was just okay, but overall experience was better than other Ramada’s I’ve stayed in.

Convenient but outdated

Liked:This hotel is just ok. I stayed here the night before an early flight out and for that, it did the job. The staff was nice and the room was clean and the bed was comfy, but the whole hotel is in desperate need of a refresh.

Meh Hotel

Liked:Flight got in early so arrived early. Customer agent would not let us check in early without paying $25. Parking lot was empty and throughout the whole stay hardly anyone there. It took a shift change to get checked in. Room was good. Bed was comfortable. Shower barely had any pressure. Continental breakfast was lackluster. Overall it was a meh hotel. Nothing I'd book again.

One time stay. Won’t return.

Liked:Room furniture worn. Microwave dirty. Bathroom —tiny bars of soap and one was already opened on the tub ledge. No facial tissue. No shampoo. (Front desk supplied me with one soap and two tiny bottles of shampoo, both half-used.) Carpet must have been slapped down over construction materials or old backing because there are lumps underneath. Beds were comfortable. Free breakfast is coffee/teas, milk, juice, cereals, scrambled eggs , sausage, yogurt, bagels, muffins, waffle maker, bowl of apples. Coffee was bitter, cold, undrinkable. Staff was pleasant. Lobby was pleasant.
