Better stay away!

Liked:Stayed here for a week during a work trip to Denver, and while the location is excellent for downtown access, the overall experience was disappointing for the price point. Check-in was smooth, and I appreciated that the hotel offers a happy hour and nightcap, though unfortunately I couldn’t take advantage of them because of my work schedule. The biggest issue was the WiFi (1mbps). Since I was splitting time between working from the office and remotely from the hotel, reliable internet was essential. The connection was extremely slow throughout my stay, to the point where even basic browsing struggled. The hotel even has a dedicated internet support button on the room phone, but support was limited to resetting the router, which never solved the problem. I eventually had to work from nearby cafés instead, which was frustrating for a business stay. The room itself also felt dated. The headboard looked worn out and gave off more of a budget motel vibe than a hotel in this price range. Housekeeping was inconsistent as well. Service only happened after reminders to the front desk, and even then it lasted just a few minutes. Towels and glasses were sometimes not replaced. One positive was the onsite restaurant. The food was good, although the menu could use more variety. Like everything else at the hotel, it was also fairly expensive. Overall, I regret booking this hotel for a 7-night stay. For the price, there are likely much better options in downtown Denver.
