Clean, spacious rooms with ideal location

Excellent solo female travel experience, will return

Liked:As a solo female traveler, I greatly appreciated the overall atmosphere and quiet commitment to safety baked into every interaction at Grand Hyatt Denver. The desk staff were patient, warm and supportive when I had travel-related issues with my card, gave me an upgraded room at no additional cost when they had run out of my originally-reserved room type (2 queen beds), gave me my room key with the number written down and did NOT say it aloud, and had a plethora of included amenities available including use of an electric kettle among other items available for use during my stay. The water pressure in the shower was excellent and the air conditioning was perfect. After checking out, when I was partway through the rest of my day before a return flight, I realized I’d left something in my room. One phone call and I was able to retrieve the item on my way to the airport. As a woman who travels most often alone, I very much appreciated the experience of feeling entirely at ease in a new city and Grand Hyatt Denver made that possible.
