Hotel grestcas I use the chain often but aircon not working properly in heat wave was a disaster

Disliked:Air-conditioning went on and off very often abd was incredibly noisy so I could not sleep

Good location and value for a comfortable place to sleep.

Liked:The location was a 5-10 minute walk from the convention, and the room was extremely spacious.

Disliked:The shower head wasn't very flexible, the shower curtain was a bit short, and the water didn't get very hot. One of the two elevators was broken, and going down from the top floor in the morning required a long wait to get on and stopping on every single floor on the way down.
