Terrible bedding. Not a great room for the price.

Liked:The proximity to restaurants and bars.

Disliked:I had very uncomfortable bedding and it took a whole day to resolve.

My stay was very comfortable

Disliked:there was a $35 daily fee for service. They did not do a good job of explaining the purpose of the fee. Also the parking fee was $55 a day!

Snooty for no reason. I’ve been to a bunch of nicer hotels that treated me like a queen. The energy is cold and rude.

Liked:Clean and comfortable room even though the square footage seemed too small at 345 sq ft or so for a king bedroom. I thoroughly enjoyed the room and breakfasts.

Disliked:The staff looked miserable (besides errors restaurant staff) and had stank face every time I approached them, no one had change for my tips not even the valet, front desk, or restaurant. Didn’t make any sense.
